सरकारले भावी प्रधानसेनापतिमा राजेन्द्र क्षेत्रीलाई सिफारिस गरेको छ । शुक्रबार बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद बैठकले नेपाली सेनाका बलाधिकृत रथी क्षेत्रीलाई कामु प्रधानसेनामा सिफारिस गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो । प्रधानसेनापति गौरव शमसेर राणाको पदावधि आगामी भदौ २३ गते सकिँदै छ । सेनापति एक महिना अघि नै विदा बस्ने प्रचलन अनुसार राणा विदा बसेपछि क्षेत्रीले कायम मुकायमको जिम्मेवारी सम्हाल्ने छन् । राणाको पदावधि सकिएपछि क्षेत्रीले सेनापतिको बागडोर सम्हाल्नेछन । -

They save lives, whether it is in natural calamities in Nepal or as peace keeping force in different parts of the world, they save lives. Saving lives is more important than taking it away.
