Hi Sajhaites,

Me & my wife are travelling to Nepal, Our initial H1B & H4 has expired. We have received our extension documents for H1/H4 (new I-797C petition was approved). My TPS is still pending but i did not apply for EAD. My wife had applied for TPS, her TPS is still pending. However, she did receive her EAD.

Should she apply for Advanced Parole for travel or Get H4 stamping in Nepal? what would be better ?

Also, is the documentation for re-stamping similar to what was used for initial stamping?

your experience/suggestion would be appreciated. :)

Happy New Year Folks.
