Hey guys one of my friend want to buy an apartment in Ktm. I heard there are a lot of new housing company now but they only sell houses not apartment. He don’t want a buy a hole house and rent it. He needs just 2 bed rooms with dining, kitchen and living room any suggestion would be appreciated....

Few years ago, they were selling townhouses in Kusunti (I don't know if that is the name of the company or the town - it is right outside ring-road, next to nakkhu khola).

If I remember correctly, it had a living room, den, kitchen / dining room with half-bath on the bottom floor, two bedrooms and a full bath on second floor, and a kausi with small room at the top. There was a very small plot at the back, just enough for karesa bari, nothing more. Price was around 30 lakhs.

Kathmandu Residency apts are between 20 lakhs - 35 lakhs depending on units. Also water supply is better than inner city.
