hey guys, i had a late payment and i paid them off after more that 120 days after a collection send me a letter, but the problem is , i already made  a full payment to the collection but my all 3 credit reports shows that i have red mark showing i had late payment called Key Derogatory . i talked with the collection , they told me that they can't remove that record from credit history. but i thought that once all amount has been paid off, the record from credit history will be removed... so is there any way how we can remove the red mark???

It will stay on your Credit for 2 years after making payment to collection agency. You can't do anything about it unless it was their fault.
