What a lovely selection. One of the most beautiful music compositions by O.P. Nayyar who just passed away last January. O.P. Nayyar was the highest paid musician in 50s re. Rs. 1 lakh per movie.
Nayyar has reportedly claimed that the secret of the magic in Asha Bhonsle's voice at that time was her "involvement" with him. I have no reason to doubt that. Passion does wonders.
