Do we need transit visa for Amsterdam just for sake of transit only?
Does anyone have any recent experience?

No, transit visa is not required for Amsterdam as long as you stay in the 'Airside' area of the transit. There are two areas in the AMS airport: Airside & Landside.

Airside is where people wait for their connecting flights, a transit area, no access to other areas. No visa required here. So, just stay in the Airside & you should be fine.

I don't think we need transit visa for connecting flights anywhere in the world. Do you know any country that requires transit visa for connecting flights?

Amsterdam definitely doest not need Airport Tranist Visa. Just went through there yesterday. Courtesy to SuperSixNine.

HKG needs, I guess.
