Primarily, universities aren't good or bad. The programs they are offering can be categorized as good or bad. Be specific what programs you are trying to pursue.
And also, if you have other choices apart from WGU, do care to share them.
Btw, I had to google where the heck is this WGU.

I did my MSISA program from WGU. The course is pretty good and depending on the program you may also earn some valuable certifications, however you need to be self disciplined and already have some level of skills in order to succeed at WGU. Assessments are very practical and based on scenarios and you apply your knowledge to the situation. For me it was a great experience as I was done with masters in 3k. :) and it is an Accredited university. Also you get a course mentor and a program mentor, however there are not really anyone to teach you through the course, you get the materials, you study by yourself at your own pace and then complete the assessments. There are video tutorials, books and other learning resources.
