Does anyone have any insights on what it will require to apply for fiancé visa beside application form? How long with it take? Do I have to show the proof of engagement for it? Thank you in advance.

You don’t have to show the proof of engagement but you have to show the proof that you have met within last 2 years. They may also ask for other evidences like call/chat history for evidence relationship. It’ll likely take 7-10 months.
