Dear People, I have a room for rent in Malden. Its a 2-bedroom apartment, with a bathroom, and a living room attached to the kitchen. The rent is $1150, which includes the heat and hot water. There are 2 AC's, one in the living room and the other in master bedroom, and the kitchen has been newly refurnished with new microwave, stove and dishwater. by the way, its located very conveniently. Its only 10 mins from Somerville and Cambridge and 15 mins from Boston downtown, by car.
