Hi guys,

If you can help me I would appreciate your help. I have some question about B1/B2 visas.
One of my friends is working with a US based company which is a military subcontractor in Iraq. Now he is in Iraq. He has been working with that company about 3 years now. He is going to Nepal soon and wanted to apply for B1/B2.
About the company it’s a very small company and they only limited in Iraq. Though the Company is registered in US and they have a small office back here but they don’t have any business here. There no chance for my friend to get H1 from that company. So he just wanted to give shot for B1/B2.

Q. Which visa he should apply for business or pleasure (tourist)?

Q. If business what kind of documentation he needs from that company and how he can process?

Q. If pleasures what he needs to do?
