Do nepalese passport holders need transit visa while travelling through Japan ..(just for stying in the plane or at the airport while transit).

I far as my knowledge goes you donot need a visa to remain in the transit/airplane in Japan as a Nepali citizen(subject?). I did not need it ....

u shouldn`t need trasit visa while u stay in plane or at the airport.......when u go outside the airport,u should process for travell visa...

that's what the transit visa for? when you are travelling or you are thru the ariport, some country requires visa,i.e., transit visa. fyi.

they asked me to get transit visa before i travelled through Hong Kong airport. so i suggest u to contact Japanese embassy to confirm n be safe.

hongkong definitely wants transit visa.
