Kunai organisation ma volunter garaeko certificate diyara Computer level ko voluntery kaam garako thiyae bhanna milcha ki mildaina?

You don't need an experience letter for H1. who told you that ?

Sometimes if you just google these questions, you get better answers !

It depends on the job you are applying. IF the job requires only undergraduate degree and the company is willing to hire you, that's it. You don't need any experience to file H1.

 i am working in the IT field  and i have completed undergrad in Accounting. That is why my consultancy is asking me to show some kind of expereice letter. and if you know what are other document i need. could you please let me know?
