Guys, I was supposed to get Tax Rebate of $300 last year but the cheque sent to me by IRS was misplaced. As I checked from their site, it shows the same amount as last year's tax rebate for me. Can I still claim the rebate with IRS?

Did you check IRS and complain about it? Why it took you a year to find out your 300 dollars?? Looks you do not need little money. Kidding Once the check is written to you , there is no way you can reclaim it. IRS has to re-write you a check.
