What about the people whose Asylum was denied a while back and are in F1 status currently (visa expired), can we visit Nepal with TPS Advance parole and come back? Are there any lawyers here in sajha.

Yes you can but be prepared to answer possible asylum related queries by CBP agent at entry port.

The purpose of TPS is to allow people to stay in US while the home country is in no state to go back due to political or natural disaster. So why every body is asking if they can go back home. They are granting TPS so that you could stay here, not travel back home. Even i am pending asylee but all these questions make no sense when there have been so many answers telling them you cannot go back home in TPS.
