Hi,
I got arrested for DUI a year ago in Texas. I lawyered up and got it reduced to "Obstruction Of Highway". My employer finally is looking forward to file EB2 for me. I am sure this arrest record will affect my Greencard Processing through EB2. My main concern is, observing the way the immigration rules are changing, I might be denied a Greencard for my mistake. I would really appreciate if anyone has any info similar to my situation. It would be a lot of help. I am stressed out thinking about it.
