I am in dilemma between Master's and Phd. Can anybody make me clear what can i do after my Phd degree in EE. is Master's better than Phd?

I think you can get a Masters AND a Ph Degree in specific 5 yr (?) courses but havent hear how you can jump straight into PhD :)

If its possible I would like to know more about it.

And Lorenzo, get a PhD if:

a) you have an unquenchable thirst for information in a particular field of study that you would like to know more about.
b) If you would like an upper hand while searching for jobs.

get a Masters if:
a) you have an unquenchable thirst for information in a particular field of study that you would like to know more about.
b) You don't get a job in your OPT :D

You can get phd wihtout masters. I had my housemate he was just 21 years old and doing phd.  If the supervisor think that student have potential than they can take directly to the phd.

ofcourse you can join Phd program straight from undergrad..i did that and i  got my masters on my way to phd co;z the course work that one has to take for phd includes the course work required for masters..so u automatically qualify for masters after your second yr in the phd program...
